This list of individuals and companies is offered as a service to those of our customers who have inquired regarding the names of contractors who might assist with the installation of products sold by Moyer Lumber & Hardware Inc. Please notice the following:

I.) This list is not meant as an endorsement by Moyer Lumber & Hardware Inc. of the contractor or company, nor should the list be considered a guarantee that labor or services will be performed in a workman-like manner. Only the contractor can provide such a warranty or guarantee, which the consumer should obtain in writing.

II.) Moyer Lumber & Hardware Inc. receives NO FEES, NO COMMISSIONS, NO REBATES, or other benefit from any contractor or company named.

III.) This list should not be construed as a warranty or guarantee that any contractor or company possesses a specific expertise or knowledge. The consumer should ask for references and proof of skill.

IV.) The consumer is advised to obtain from the contractor a written contract with a specific monetary consideration reflecting the exact cost of services. The contract should be reviewed by the consumer’s legal counsel prior to its execution, which execution should occur prior to the commencement of services.

V.) Moyer Lumber & Hardware Inc. is not associated with any named contractor or company. If the consumer experiences dissatisfaction with the contractor or its services, the only recourse available lies against the contractor or its company.

VI.) If the consumer is dissatisfied with the construction services rendered, Moyer Lumber & Hardware Inc. does request notice of such dissatisfaction, in order that the contractor’s name may, when appropriate, be deleted from the above list.
